Audrey R. Siedlecki

Audrey is the Operations & Marketing Manager at Northstar Capital. She works to ensure the team has what it needs operationally, coordinating cross-functional efforts across Investment, IR, Finance, and Operations to keep priorities aligned and initiatives moving forward. Audrey also leads Northstar’s brand continuity, overseeing the website, marketing collateral, and PR.

Prior to joining Northstar, Audrey gained over ten years of people and process management experience, most recently as the Regional Leadership Development Specialist at Orangetheory Fitness. She received her B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Outside of Northstar, Audrey enjoys all things fitness, hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family and friends.
